This pair is intended for use on most 150hp and larger outboards that use exposed trim rams. They slide over the rams to create a solid brace between the motor and bracket, giving you a low-profile alternative to bulky transom saver bars. For best results, verify trim-ram length and clearances on your engine and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. On Yamaha models with a grease fitting on the port-side ram, a single Motor Stik should be used on the starboard ram only. These sticks are not compatible with 2024 Mercury outboards.
