Verified Delizza and Elster design done for Celebrity New York. This beautiful heirloom style piece was made in the 60s, and was described by D&E as "smoke topaz cameo lalique crystal head".* Note the iridescent coloring of the head.
Very good condition. All stones intact and bright, metal clean and bright with very minor tarnishing, arm straight, call tight.
