Idatalink Maestro KIT-EDG3 - Install an iDatalink-compatible modular car stereo with 8" or 9" screen in select 2015-20 Ford Edge vehicles — MRR or MRR2 module also required (Black) Give your sound the edge. Your Ford Edge is a great vehicle, but its dashboard design makes it difficult to upgrade the factory radio. The iDatalink KIT-EDG3 factory system adapter (along with the Maestro ADS-MRR or MRR2 module, sold separately) gives you everything you need to install an iDatalink-ready modular car stereo with 8" or 9" screen and wire it up to your vehicle. The package includes a replacement USB hub which provides 2 USB ports — one USB-A and one USB-C. The interface module retains your steering wheel audio controls, factory backup camera (including 360° camera if present), vehicle settings, and other factory features. Plug directly into your new stereo. This harness also features an in-line head-unit connector harness, which will plug into iDatalink's new "Head-unit direct" harnesses for select radio brands, which eliminates the need to splice any wires. If you're installing a radio that doesn't work with a "Head-unit direct" harness, you simply cut off the plug and connect the wires to the harness included with your new radio. • Vehicle Settings: Access and modify factory vehicle settings through the compatible aftermarket head unit's touchscreen.
• Secondary Vehicle Display: Secondary vehicle display is retained (if factory equipped) with audio information, hands-free information, and internal navigation.
• Steering Wheel Controls: Factory steering wheel controls are retained with two function buttons and expandable radio functions.
• Advanced Camera Features: Factory backup camera is retained with parking guidelines, as well the factory 360 camera. If you add an aftermarket front camera (sold separately) to your iDatalink compatible head unit that is equipped with multiple camera inputs, the vehicle's factory auto camera switching feature is also retained.
