- COMPATIBILITY LIMITATIONS: Please note that this adapter is not compatible with devices requiring 12V or those powered by a barrel jack or RJ11 connector. This adapter is not compatible with digital mirrors or mirrors with backup cameras.

- AUTO-DIMMING REQUIREMENT: This Dongar dash cam adapter requires an auto-dimming or powered rearview mirror (such as a mirror with garage buttons) to function.
- IGNITION-ACTIVATED POWER: This adapter powers your dash cam or other USB-powered device when your vehicle's ignition is ON – it is not intended for parking mode or other constant power applications. By turning on only when your vehicle is on, it eliminates any danger of draining your car’s battery.
