| Product Care Instructions | Use and Care :- Wash the cookware with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before using it for the first time. Preheating the kadhai :- Always preheat the pan up to the heat setting you plan to cook at before adding butter or oil. Do not rush the preheating process by heating the pan on high flame. Always start with medium heat and adjust as you go along. Use high heat only for boiling liquids or reducing liquids. Searing, sautéing, frying and stir frying can be easily done using medium high heat setting. To warm foods, simmer or prepare delicate sauces, choose low hear. Cleaning & Care :- Never immerse a hot pan in cold water as this will cause irreparable warping. Wash the pan only after it cools down. It’s dishwasher safe but we recommend washing with hands to preserve the shine of the material. Use liquid dishwashing detergent along with a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. |
