The VT500W is a specially developed top quality volleyball for training the upper play. The ball weighs almost twice as a standard ball at 500 grams, strengthening the finger, hand and arm muscles. The surface of the VT500W is made of high quality "microfibre" PU synthetic material, and the ball appears analogous to the official balls in the new design with the construction of 18 aerodynamically arranged panel parts.
