Double braided polyurethane inner tube, proven to be 100% chrome plated brass. The Xtreme series hose has been developed in collaboration with experienced divers to provide high performance when diving. A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the vulnerabilities of currently used low pressure hoses to develop solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme hoses feature an outer nylon braid that is abrasion resistant. The patented double braid system also provides protection against UV rays and thus provides additional safety against ageing. Unlike conventional hoses, Xtreme braided nylon hoses are not molded but are braided directly onto the hose and attached to it via stainless steel or brass ferrules. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. When you knot the Xtreme hose, the airflow remains constant. The Xtreme also achieves a higher burst pressure that is more than twice as high as that of a conventional hose. The enveloping nylon braid not only provides excellent abrasion resistance, but also helps to reduce losses in emergency situations as it has a natural tendency to close the holes, which distinguishes the guidance under pressure. Production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built in-house, with great emphasis on quality control during construction and 100% of production is carried out automatically. Most demanding lines feature more than 30 controls on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically sorted out from the same production line.
