Included in the price shown are Sunbrella fabric cushions in a variety of color options. The seat cushions are 5” thick for maximum quality and comfort. The back cushions are filled with 5” thick of medium density foam so you can sit comfortably for hours on end. This product consists of one love seat with cushions, two teak arm chairs with cushions, one rectangle coffee table, and one square side table. All Regency TeakTM branded products are made from the finest Grade A Teak wood, that is kiln dried, and machine made using time tested furniture joinery techniques, such as mortise, tenons and dowels along with screws for added strength where appropriate. All Regency TeakTM furniture comes from teak that is FSC certified, plantation grown and ecologically harvested. All of our products are natural and un-treated. In order to protect the color of teak, an oil-based stain must be applied to protect it from the sun. If the teak is not treated it will oxidize and turn gray. This is a natural property of teak wood and is purely cosmetic. No care is necessary in order for teak to last for decades. This product is protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The natural aging of teak is not included in this warranty. Depending on the size of the order, items will ship either via Ground Service or Freight. Assembly is required on most products.
