Since 2003, Allendale Ultrasonics has been providing ultrasonic cleaners to both hobbyists and industrial sectors. This is a specialized formula designed to be added to ultrasonic baths for cleaning engine components like carburetors and valves. It effectively removes contaminants such as dirt, carbon, and grease without damaging, corroding, or darkening metal parts. It's safe for use on brass, aluminum, and other sensitive metals. The concentrate should be mixed with water at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water, preferably using deionized or demineralized water. The operating temperature of the bath should be set between 50 to 80 degrees Celsius. Always test the solution on new applications before use. After cleaning, rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water. The bath solution should be replaced regularly when it becomes dirty.
