The support has two small hooks that can be securely hung on the perforated plate for complete experiments (45510-00), allowing for safe attachment of devices to the plate. At the bottom of the support, in front of these hooks, there are two extensions with eyelets. When hanging the support on the plate, these extensions pass through the holes in the grid so that an elastic pin (45530-00) can be inserted into each eyelet. This way, the support is secured to the plate and can only be removed after the pins are extracted. Additionally, two small magnets located above the extensions with eyelets prevent the support from rattling once hung on the plate. (These magnets do not serve a holding or safety function.)
