- 1. Cover the cap of the NMR tube to the bottom of the NMR tube, press the cap and then gently press it into the tube of the cleaner.
- 2. A bottle is connected to the bottom of the cleaner, and the water pump is opened when one end of the nozzle is connected to the pump.
- 3. Pour acetone at one end of the dumped solvent, and acetone will run straight into the inverted NMR tube to wash out the lipid material.
- Pour in the ethanol, then pour in the water, and then pour the acetone.
- 4. Remove the NMR tube and remove the solvent from the outside of the pipe so that the cleaning of the NMR tube is completed.
