DURAN® Protect+ Laboratory Bottle, Amber, Wide-Mouth

DURAN GLS 80 wide-mouth bottles, introduced in 1972, are renowned for their versatility. The protect+ version offers the best of both worlds: virtually inert USP/EP Type I borosilicate glass 3.3 inside and a protective safety plastic layer outside. Molded from high-purity, clear or ambered glass, they feature a translucent polyamide PA 12 coating to minimize breakage risks. High-performance materials and robust design ensure cost-effective longevity. Bottles have an easy-to-read graduated scale and a Retrace Code for traceability. Ambered versions safeguard light-sensitive contents from photodegradation, meeting international USP/EP UV protection standards. They come with push-on protective covers and can be paired with separate screw closures and pouring rings. Available in capacities from 25 mL to 5 L and neck sizes GL 25 to GLS 80 wide-mouth.
