• Material Origin: These items are crafted from authentic, used bourbon barrels, resulting in a very rustic appearance
• Stave Exposure: The staves used have been exposed to bourbon
• Stave Condition: The staves may not be perfect and could have cracks, gashes, blemishes, discoloration, or imperfections
• Stave Variety: Each stave is unique, cut with curves and angles, making them impossible to be completely even or exact when assembled
• Assembly Process: Each dispenser rack is hand-assembled, which may result in slight unevenness
• Wax Application: The front and sides are sealed with organic clear wax, which can vary the final finish color from light brown to dark brown
• Finishing Process: We do not use stain, rush orders, or remove all char. We sand most of the char off the back and leave some, then spray a clear coat over it
• Cleaning: The item can be easily cleaned by simply wiping it down if necessary
• Stave Availability: Due to wide stave availability, some units may have a half-circle missing at the bottom, known as the 'bung' hole from the barrel
• Assembly Materials: We use quality wood screws (not nails) to assemble our racks and import the attached dispenser, which is made from a combination of plastic and metal
