Our precision monofilament woven open mesh fabric (Material: Nylon, Polypropylene and Polyester) is a highly specialized fabric, characterized by precisely defined and controlled, consistent and repeatable material properties such as pore size, thickness, tensile strength, dimensional stability and cleanliness. Mesh opening ranges from 1 to 5000 micron. The yarn diameter and evenness are tightly controlled to ensure high level from lot-to-lot. Openings are held to tight tolerances and aperture control is inherent to the manufacturing process. Surface properties are even and consistent. Thickness tolerance is within microns through entire rolls and lots. Cleanliness meets strict standards (MEDIFAB). Repeatability is guaranteed. Main areas of application and market segments: Food industry, automotive industry, chemical and medical industry.
