iJAW U25 CLAMP JAW for ROMAX Nano

ROMAX NANO iJAW U contour 25 mm for compatible plastic pipe fitting system. The jaw communicates reliably and in real time with the ROMAX NANO crimper using the RFID tag. This means that the jaw is uniquely identified by the crimper during use, and the crimping cycles are written directly on it, even if it was used on different NANO presses. The data can then be read, uploaded and archived using the ROTHENBERGER app. The special partial laser curing process called DURA LAZR TEC ensures a longer life of the jaw. As a result, the outline wear is minimized and the number of clamping cycles is doubled compared to the previous model. The quality of the clamping jaw is improved throughout the life with optimised anti-corrosion protection. Thanks to the synchronised 3-screw opening mechanism, the installation and removal of the clamping jaw is child's play (one-finger operation).
