This Carlisle 1023507 clear drain shelf is 0.60" in height and keeps the contents of a food pan raised above liquid that might gather at the bottom. It is made of polycarbonate for resistance to impact, grease, oil, detergent, and most inorganic acids. It is 7.63" in width, 10" in length, and fits a half-size StorPlus food pan.
