A compact and stylish 2 in 1 pepper mill and salt shaker, made from high quality crystal clear acrylic and finished with a chrome shaker cap on top. Featuring the Cole & Mason Precision carbon steel mechanism that strips peppercorns instead of crushing them, ensuring maximum flavour release from every turn. The hardwearing qualities of the mechanism supported by its lifetime guarantee means you can be assured of consistently outstanding performance for years to come. Ready to use from the moment it arrives, filled with premium Vietnamese whole black peppercorns and finely ground sea salt. Simply remove the clear lozenge from the chrome shaker cap. The shaker cap also doubles as the knob to adjust the grind. Simply loosen or tighten it for a fine to coarse setting. Use a coarse setting for steaks or tomato salad, a medium setting for pizzas and a fine setting for soups and sauces. When you need to refill either section, unscrew the chrome cap fully. Refill the top section with ground salt or completely remove the top acrylic section to refill with peppercorns. Replace the chrome cap to the desired setting to start using again. Hints & tips: If your mill becomes difficult to grind, particularly on a fine setting, trying clearing the mechanism. Turn the mill upside down, loosen the knob to the coarsest setting and twist the top. This will free any large peppercorns that may have become lodged. Retighten the knob to the desired setting. Ensure the top section is either empty or covered to prevent spilling salt. Do not put salt in your pepper mill as this will corrode the carbon steel mechanism.
