  • PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This Boning knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The Riviera series knives are characterized by the rounded French-style ferrule and for its bolster, which provides safety as well as style.
  • SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. Lastly, this Boning knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
