Known as the all-purpose knife, the cook’s knife is designed for a variety of cutting tasks including; chopping, slicing, dicing, mincing, and disassembling. With its wider belly, the blade is ideal for creating a rocking motion while providing additional surface area to easily chop thick vegetables and meat.
• RUSTIC Urban Farmer combines the natural beauty of rustic crafted tools with the high-tech precision of knives made from the latest materials and techniques. Made from High Carbon Stainless Steel, these blades are both rustproof and extremely durable in the kitchen or in the garden.
• WOOD HANDLES The series features distinctive wood handles that are sturdy, comfortable to hold, heat treated and made from sustainably grown, roasted European Beechwood. Combined with the unique non-slip bolster, the handles are water-resistant and provide a secure grip. Wash by hand only.
