- JAPANESE INSPIRED BLADE - Forged out of AEB-L stainless steel. Middleton Echo blades are known for corrosion resistance, hardness, and ease of sharpness. The Echo has a 60 Rockwell Hardness with a sharp 12° blade angle. Ultra thin blade measures 3mm at the heel and 0.18mm at the edge.
- ERGONOMIC GRIP - Echo knives are made from Dymalux, which is dyed birch veneers. Offers premium comfort minimizing wrist tension, while providing secure, comfortable, controlled grip.
