Nambu Ironware is a craft in Iwate Prefecture, boasting a history of about 400 years since the Edo Kannei era. Iwaso has been highly regarded in Japan and abroad as a manufacturer of Nambu Ironware that preserves traditional techniques and creates new traditions since its establishment in 1998. It has excellent heat retention, and it heats up well and brings out the natural qualities of the ingredients. Grooves help to remove excess oil and create a clean grill.
