The original, full-size bronze statue, dating to ca475-45 BC, is now in the National Archaeological Museum in Athens. There has been considerable debate about his identity. He was discovered in the sea, off Cape Artemision, between 1926 ad 1928 and is one of the handful of original, full-size bronze statues to survive from antiquity. All our bronze items are cast in Greece using the traditional 'lost wax' method. Everything is made by hand therefore each piece is unique. It was made in Greece, stands 6 inches high 3.6 inches width and weighs approximately 1 kilograms.(012100123501)
