Cargo Equipment's 5/16" - 3/8" Ratchet Binder is rated at 6,600 lbs. This is much higher than the standard binders that are rated at 5,400 lbs. This increased rating allows the user to tighten 5/16" or 3/8" grade 70 chain and still meet the WLL of 6,600 lbs. that the 3/8" chain is rated for.Ratcheting load binders are the safest way to tighten and tie down flatbed loads using chain. The long handle and carbon steel construction are used for maximum leverage and greater strength. Ratcheting chain binders makes load tightening faster and easier and permits quicker tightening if load shifts.
