The HypaPlast Blue Catering Plasters are brightly-coloured washproof plasters designed for use in food-handling environments. They are supplied in a pack of 100 7.2cm x 2.5cm plasters. HypaPlast Blue Plasters are specially designed for use in the food industry. When preparing, manufacturing or handling food, all efforts must be taken to prevent contamination. If a plaster contaminated food items, this would pose a serious health risk to consumers. These blue plasters are easy to spot should they contaminate food, and include a metal strip so they are detectable during automated food manufacturing safety processes. They are also washproof, meaning they are suitable for workers who wash their hands regularly. Note that they will not withstand prolonged complete immersion in water.
