I got this from the Sanrio store at the Az mills in 2013. This does write HOWEVER it is a bit stubborn and kinda light (see last photo, I wrote with it) so I’m not sure if it’s almost out of ink. Please be aware. I’m not sure if you could put a refill in it though. Cute collectible though anyway! Good used condition just some light scratching to the metal and minor imperfections. Kuromi charm may have some minor paint defects due to size. Please be aware and see all photos.
