AAwipes Cleanroom Wipers are designed for effective spill control, cleaning, and solution application. Made from 100% polyester with a laser sealed edge, these wipers are suitable for use on abrasive surfaces without the risk of snagging or releasing particles and fibers into the environment. These wipers are made of textured filament yarns stitched in double-knit, low-density weaving and are ideal for wiping, cleaning and removing various substances such as lubricants, adhesives, and residues from surfaces, equipment, and parts.

• MATERIAL: Basic version wipers are made of lightweight polyester material, constructed from 100% polyester with textured filament yarns woven in a double-knit pattern with a low-density weave of 120 GSM.
• FEATURES: These wipers are 100% high-strength polyester microfiber cleanroom cloths with a no-run interlock pattern, absorbent qualities, laser-cut and ultrasonically sealed edges. They are manufactured in a class 10-100 (ISO Class 4-5) cleanroom environment, laundered in ultra-pure water, and hermetically sealed. They are soft, non-abrasive, fast-drying, with a high-strength, lint-free synthetic fiber that resists wear and tear.
• APPLICATIONS: Cleanroom wipes are designed for a variety of cleaning tasks, from automotive and manufacturing to cleanroom and laboratory settings. They are suitable for removing excess solder paste in SMT electronics factories and cleaning a range of electronic, mechanical, electrical, optical, and precision instruments, as well as wiping down sensitive components such as printing machines, lenses, microelectronics, and workstation surfaces.
• PACKAGING: Each wipe measures 9" Length x 9" Width (nominal) and there are 150 wipes per bag. The wipes are treated with proper edge treatment and sealed in poly bags.
• CUSTOMIZATION: Customized production options are available, with unlimited choices in size, cleanliness level, packaging options, and dispensing options to meet the specific needs of your cleanroom supplies. Small orders are acceptable, and ODM and OEM options are also accepted.
