- Easy to use: Simply remove loose rust or debris and apply it directly to rusty or clean metal with a brush, roller or spray. Please always apply a thin layer, at least two layers, and it is recommended to use brush coating for the first layer to better penetrate and convert rust. At a temperature of 25 ℃/77℉, each layer takes half an hour to dry on the surface and 4 hours to dry on the completely. second coat is recommended to have an interval of at least 1-4 hours.
- Durable: Water based rust inhibitors create durable, flat surfaces on rusted and exposed metal, ensuring attractive and protective coatings. Our metal primer can cover about 38 sq.m/409 sq.ft per gal (single layer). For severely rusted or rough surfaces, the coverage area may be reduced to 30-38 sq.m/333-409 sq.ft per gal (single layer).
