Includes COA And Numbered #22/300 (Super low number of only 300 made!), Wrist Tag Bracelet With Letter "M", Mickey Mouse Club House Banjo, and Mickey Ears Hat. Comes in original box. Box is in good condition considering age - some rub marks from storage. There is a tear on the coa envelope (pictured). Annette is missing one shoe as pictured. She has never been removed from box and is in new condition. This doll is made depicting Annette Funicello - one of the original Mouseketeers.
