This is pre-owned so there are some cosmetic imperfections due to use and age. There are a couple blemishes. There is no chips or cracks. Overall, these candlesticks are in good condition and function as intended. They are hand-blown so they do have bubbles and one of the candles have a slightly twisted top. The uniqueness is in the markings of having both the Smithsonian Institute and Heinz which are two well-known names. I do not know the history or previous owners.
