This is such a beautiful top and I wish I could keep it but unfortunately it didn’t fit my shoulders. Please only purchase if you have small shoulders, as there is no stretch in that area. The outer material is cotton and the inner layer is polyester. There is a small stain behind the bow and I have not tried to get it out. The bow also hides it.
Bust is 16 inches and I only recommend this for a-b cups.
Waist is 14.5 inches
