Full unopen 2" tall semi-triangular-shaped BLACK AMBER-COLORED colored antique American U.S.A. POISON bottle. Bottle is EMBOSSED with little ridges on all three edges and has the original PAPER LABEL on the back side. This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, dating back to the early 1900's.
Bottle embossed with 'warning' protrusions, at it were, small embossed lines down three sides of the bottle, to warn a person upon feel that the contents were NOT - TO - BE - TAKEN !!!
Bottle's label reads in part: "100POISON DISPENSING TABLETS ... Eli Lilly & Co., Indianapolis, U.S.A.".
Condition: Bottle is in EXCELLENT CLEAN condition. NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. The label is aged, has a tiny spot of tattering, pencil marks on it, ENTIRELY LEGIBLE. PLEASE see pictures to get idea of bottle and label’s overall appearance and condition.
Age: An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled-top, ca. early 1900's.
