Cioppino is a classic fisherman's stew that celebrates the daily fresh catch stewed in a delicious tomato and wine broth. This recipe gives a nod to those electric days at sea, fishermen who harvest responsibly, and our abundant and sustainable ecosystem. Our cioppino is made with fresh vegetables, wild and sustainable pink shrimp, sea clams from the Pacific Coast, and wild Sockeye salmon we responsibly harvest aboard our boat, F/V Thunder, in the icy waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska. We prepared this stew for you to savor either in the comfort of your own home, office, or in the great outdoors.
