This lovely Florence Ceramics Adeline figurine from the 1950's. In 1942 Florence Ward began producing semi-porcelain figurines in her garage to combat loneliness with both her son and husband away during the war effort. By 1949 the company moved to a 10,000 square foot facility where she continued to create these lovely, beautifully detailed figurines.
This piece is 8 3/4" tall and has lovely hand painting with delicate facial features; she is in excellent condition.
