This was a sold-out concert tour of Japan, which saw Houston playing 14 dates in 9 cities. The tour started on January 1, 1990 and ended on January 24, 1990 to coincide with the release of her third album I'm Your Baby Tonight.

Houston performed with her brand new band and included three then-new songs from the album; "All the Man That I Need", "Takin' a Chance", and "Who Do You Love". "Takin' A Chance" was the new single in Japan, and was released in that country only. She also performed her version of "Higher Love" (by Steve Winwood) and snippets of "A House Is Not A Home" (by Dionne Warwick) and "Say You Love Me" by (Jennifer Holliday), which were included in a love song medley blending three Whitney songs.
The Japanese fans purchased all tickets to all the shows within hours.
