Condition -great for vintage,have some damage to it, the base in one side splits and cracked a little bit but because it very large and hard to move.
House repaired and repainted recently, inside, where is no repairs it may be 1920-1930 production.
The stairs on the 3 floor separated from stairs which going to the second floor but easy to glue back as it still holds in a place where suppose to be.Please consider before buying because it may arrive with some more damage so you must have some handyman hands around,i will do my best by packaging it.
