Made by a professional seamstress who finished off all of the seams. There appears to be string instead of elastic, snaps are set an inch in so they can be moved for a larger doll. No stains tears or odors. Hand washed and line dried and it’s still wrinkle free.
Shoulder to shoulder is 6.5”, chest is 8” dress length is 15”
Shown on a large 22” vintage Alexander baby doll. I believe this was made in the 80’s
