This is a vintage 1963 Fisher Price Talky Parrot pull toy, produced in 1963. The toy is dressed in a sailor suit with a yellow hat and green wheels. When pulled, it makes a "squack-squack" noise (but is actually a kind of a squeaky noise) and its wings twirl. These parrots were made in 1963 and up until just after Easter of 1964. It is model number: #698. This parrot is missing his pull rope. Otherwise he is in terrific condition. Even the tail feathers at still a vibrant red!
