Reverse Osmosis Air Gap with 1/4-inch Push-in Inlet and 3/8-inch Outlet (For All Reverse Osmosis Filters) (AG200-009 AMERIGAP)

A reverse osmosis air gap provides safe drainage of the discharge water into a drain pipe. The plumbing code requires the RO air gap in most states. Using an RO system without an air gap is not recommended. The AG200-009’s maximum flow rate is 0.8 gallons per minute (GPM). The maximum flow rate through this air gap is the highest flow rate above which the air gap will overflow. The air gap is dry on the outside at the maximum flow rate. The AMERIGAP brand reverse osmosis air gap provides a 1/4-inch push-in quick connect inlet that accommodates tank and tankless reverse osmosis filters. It also provides a 3/8-inch push-in quick-connect outlet to the drain pipe. This air gap is easy to install, easy to use, and easy to maintain. The AG200-009 air gap is UPC and IPC listed.

• ❤ INLET PORTS: The AG200-009 accepts a standard 1/4-inch outside diameter tubing from the Reverses Osmosis filter (with or without tank). The RO tubing connects to a push-in quick-connect adapter. This air gap is compatible with all RO filters.
• ❤ OUTLET PORTS: The drainage side of the air gap connects to a 3/8-inch outside diameter tubing, which routes discharge water to the drain line adapter on the garbage disposal before the P-trap. The discharge tubing connects to a push-in quick-connect adapter.
• ❤ THREADED BODY: The AG200-009 has a body with a thread that enables air gap mounting through a standard countertop. The air gap’s body diameter is 3/4 inches. The countertop thickness can be up to 2 inches, and no special modifications are required to accommodate this air gap. The body of the air gap is made from durable plastic to resist bending or deforming.
