Handmade in Sunnyside, NY.
A soft rebellion stitched from memory and play. This piece began as a vintage graphic tee—gray, worn, printed with echoes of “Dallas, Texas.” I gave it new breath:
• Sleeves borrowed from a flannel shirt, black and white like old film stills
• A handmade Peter Pan collar in delicate white lace, tied with a black satin bow
• Textile patches and embroidered fragments, each one placed and stitched by hand
It’s a collage of contrasts: sweet and gritty, soft and strong, romantic and grunge—a love letter to reinvention.
