Whimsical and well painted in a satin finish. Blue eye(s), joyful open mouth, red hat is the spout and handle. His white hair has a subtle iridescent shimmer. 10" high x 10" spout to handle. Very good vintage condition. Great color! Shows wear due to age with some color transfer scuffs. No chips or cracks. Minimal paint wear. He would make a spectacular head vase
