The Skating Party Dress (also known as Samantha's Winter Party Dress) was introduced to Samantha's Collection as a Short Story outfit in 1999 and retired in 2004. Pleated blue crepe dress with a satin bow around the drop waist, a French blouson top, and lace edged hem and sleeves. Elastic at ends of sleeves. Satin double bow in back. Right side has a snap under the bow to open the back and reveal the end of the velcro. Ridged grosgrain blue double bow barrette to match the dress. Silver barrette clasp. Please note elastic in the right sleeve is stretched out, there are some small snags on the bow at the back of the dress.
