It measures app. 41” wide with fringe, 38 1/2” without X 21” L.
There is a faint child's name on the back.
100% Cotton Pile - Made in Belgium.
CONDITION: Pre-owned with wear and staining. This rug is washable, but I did not, as some collectors prefer them in their original found condition. It's possible the staining will come out, but I make no promises.
