This is a gorgeous black velvet gown. It is made by Ricci, Paris, New York exclusively for Lord & Taylor. There is no size label or content label. I would say it is a size small. There is a back zipper. The spaghetti straps thread through loops in the back, then through belt loops on the side and then tie in the front. They can be adjusted to make a custom fit.
The dress is gathered at the waist and is completely lined. On the bottom of the lining are 2 layers of a stiff netting type fabric to hold the shape of the dress.
The chest measures 32", the waist is 22" and the hips are free size because of the gathering. The dress is 38" measuring from the waist to the hem.
The dress is in good condition. It is quite lovely and would look great at a party or wedding!
