The publication, printed by St. Johann Press, offers the most thorough examination of this star-crossed franchise ever published. The book contains year-by-year descriptions of the team’s play, as well as descriptions of Buffalo’s basketball history and the team’s homes. The Braves played a style of basketball that would have fit in nicely with today’s game, with its emphasis on ball movement and offense. The team featured such familiar names as Bob McAdoo, Randy Smith, Ernie DiGregorio and Adrian Dantley. The book captures their era perfectly. Read more
