This charming peacoat has a lot of life left in it! It was made by the Copper Key Clothing Company (A brand of Dillard's Dept. Store) sometime between 1996-2003. It does appear to be uni-sex. Fits well on the size 4-6 female dress form in photos 1 & 3-4. Message me if you would like measurements before purchasing.
Photos 7-13 show minor flaws of the coat that are not really visible unless you're looking for them. The bottom button in photo 7 is a little looser than the others. There are a few brown-ish stains in photos 8-11 (very hard to see at a distance. I didn't notice them until the 4th time inspecting it in just the right light :). Photo 12 shows a very tiny hole in the back of the right shoulder on the sleeve. The last photo displays the left upper lapel has a button and the right side doesn't. You can leave it unbuttoned though as seen in the 1st and 3rd photos.
