Department 56 Booter and Cobbler Heritage Dickens' Village #59242 Lighted w/ Box

"Booter and Cobbler" lighted porcelain building, part of the Dickens' Village Series from the Department 56 Heritage Village Collection. The building features signage for both a "Tannery" and a "Booter and Cobbler".

This piece was introduced in 1988 and has since been retired, making it a collectible item.
This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
