1950s JAPAN - “SUGAR GLAZED" POODLE SITTING IN CHAIR - perfect condition!
SUGAR GLAZED is a porcelain finish that looks like little chunks of sparkling sugar - similar to spaghetti finish, etc - processes used in the 1950s. This adorable poodle is made of ceramic porcelain, hand painted with beautiful soft glossy glaze & then coated with a crystal clear glass bead Coraline type glaze for the fur - lovely shimmering glow. It has the cutest face with powder pink blushed nose, fancy poodle cut - gold gilt details -
MEASURE: 3 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide x 2" deep. It has a red back stamp on the bottom - MADE IN JAPAN with a logo. Please look at all photos for condition,
