There were no set lists, no rehearsals, just four musicians (husband John Pizzarelli, Bucky Pizzarelli, Aaron Weinstein and Jerry Bruno), with various sized pieces of wood, with strings attached and two sets of vocal chords, a family, calling tunes that we loved, and existing for sixty minutes to create a joyful noise. This CD is as close to that experience as you can get in the confines of a recording studio. About the Artist Jessica Molaskey is a veteran of a dozen Broadway shows, most recently seen in Stephen Sondheim's Sunday In The Park With George. Other credits include A Man of No Importance at Lincoln Center written by Terrance McNally, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, Parade (directed by Hal Prince), Dream, Tommy, Crazy For You, Les Miserables, City of Angels, Chess, Cats and Oklahoma!.
