This is the Biella Ruffle Floral Maxi Dress. It has a slit and side cutouts. It has been worn and washed once. Size small. It was too small for me, I needed a medium but made it work. No stretch. Slight poof in the shoulders that are a bit itchy but not bad (like shoulder pads). I got lots of compliments at the wedding I wore this to! Beautiful burgundy red that’s perfect for fall or winter. Paid well over $100.
