Vintage 1950s American Optical Safety Glasses w/ Case
Authentic mid-century AO browline safety glasses with original embossed case reading “Wear These Goggles Protect Your Eyes.” Dated 1958–1960, includes interior label with name “A. Peterson.” Features metal rims, tortoiseshell acetate arms, and bifocal safety lenses. Stamped 4½ AO on temples. Case is felt-lined with vintage patina. Glasses show wear and aged nose pads but remain solid and collectible. A rare piece of industrial eyewear history, perfect for collectors, prop use, or retro display.
Condition: Good vintage condition.
